The sequence

Learn it once, it stays always the same.

The sequence consists in a repetitive series of 12 detailed yoga asanas that stimulate and massage ovaries, adrenals, thyroid, parathyroid and pituitary glands.

It naturally increases the production of hormones in those glands and eliminates most of the symptoms of hormonal imbalance. The sequence is based on Hatha and Kundalini yoga.

You can use HYT throughout all your life to support the different hormone cycles: menstruation, fertility, perimenopause, menopause & postmenopause. An investment in your health and well-being.
