Purchase a service: To purchase a class, workshop, retreat, trek, or any other service offered by JAPAM YOGA TREKS AND TOURS through our website, you must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, credit card billing address, credit card CCV, and the name or names of the person(s) traveling.

If you are making a reservation for one or more travelers other than yourself, you must confirm and represent that each of these other travelers has agreed, in advance, that you may disclose their personal information to us. 


c. Member Registration: When you choose to become a registered member of the website, you must provide your email address and a password. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including but not limited to:
