Our studio is a quiet, intentional space for practice and learning.
Located in a calm, open, and green area of Upper Tapovan, its simple and minimalist decor makes it a grounding place to practice.
The space is small, naturally limiting the number of students and creating an environment that supports presence, safety, and individual attention.
Through our classes of Hatha, Ashtanga Yoga, and yoga therapy, movement here is approached as a dialogue between the teacher and the student.
We encourage learners to listen, adjust, and explore, developing trust in their body and confidence in their ability to progress in a thoughtful way.
