Our studio is in a calm, open, and green area of Upper Tapovan in Rishikesh.
Its big windows on a beautiful field of Upper Tapovan and simple, minimalistic decoration make it a peaceful place to deepen your yoga practice.
We offer daily drop-in yoga classes taught by experienced teachers with master's degrees in yogic science.
We have pranayama and cleansing practices, Hatha Yoga for all levels, body alignment, and Yoga Therapy sessions.
We want to allow you to learn and deepen your yoga practice, regardless of your level.
